Horizon Chaser — Privacy Policy Last updated: March 2026 Horizon Chaser (“the app”) is a trip planning app built for personal use. This policy explains what data the app accesses and how it is used. Location data — The app requests access to your device’s location to find nearby places and calculate distances. Your location is used only within the app and is never transmitted to any server or third party. Location data is not stored permanently. Trip data — Trips, stops, and preferences you create are stored locally on your device using your device’s built-in storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to the developer. Third party services — The app uses OpenStreetMap’s Overpass API and Nominatim to search for nearby places. These are public APIs. Search queries include your approximate location coordinates. Please refer to OpenStreetMap’s privacy policy at openstreetmap.org/privacy for details. No accounts required — The app does not require you to create an account. No personal information is collected or stored by the developer.
